According to the campus website Rutgers Newark has officially been in existence since 1948, but the law school dates back to 1908. Based on how refined and appropriate many of the policies are at the University it is not hard to believe it has been around this long.

On January 25, the city of Armenia, Colombia celebrated a somber anniversary.
At 1:19 p.m. the bells were sounded at the city's cathedral to mark the 11th anniversary of the magnitude 6.2 earthquake that ravaged a 25-mile strip known as the coffee-growing region or the "zona cafetera", killing thousands and displacing thousands more.

Well, so much for fair politics. I mean, politics was never completely fair to begin with, but the recent Supreme Court ruling pushed any attempt of fairness out the window.
And not just a little shove. I mean really booted that shit out the window.

During the 80s, when there was a great uprising in heavy metal, a band named Venom decided to take their music into a darker sound, coining the genre with their album called "Black Metal",an album focused on the liberation from God to live as the goat does, freely.

Music is expression. It appeals to the sense that you are using at all times of the day: your ears. 24/7 you're plugged into the world, and people are numbed at an early age to the ambience they hear.
I often marvel at the sheer volume, both scope and intensity, of noise in the city.
