The trial of Niki Shah, the Observer reporter who was arrested Sept. 1 at Newark Penn Station, has been moved to municipal court, Shah said. No trial date has been set.
Niki Shah, 26, was arrested Sept. 1 at Penn Station while covering a story and was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with the administration of the law.
